AJ is the owner and primary clinician at All Good. He is a dual board-certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He specializes in adult psychiatry medication management. He received his Master's degree from the University of South Alabama and his Doctoral degree from Duke University where he also completed his post-graduate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health.

AJ is a member of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners and the Psychedelic Medicine Association. He holds a certification to provide moderate sedation (i.e. Ketamine) and is also an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified provider. AJ completed his Nutritional Psychiatry certificate program with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.

He brings over 11 years of experience in the healthcare field. He began his career as a Nurse in San Jose, CA before he pursued an active duty career with the United States Army in JBLM, WA. After separating from the US Army, he has joined one of the largest healthcare systems in the Pacific Northwest as an FNP providing urgent and emergency care while providing psychiatric care in an outpatient private practice setting in Olympia, WA.
